Giraffe by rlhIllustration Giraffe by rlhIllustration
Graphite pencil on Bristol Board

Another portion of my University final piece. I made a Chimera out of 15 different sections of different animals, this is the very furthest right portion of the whole piece.

Drawn from photographs taken while at the Natural History Museum in London, adapted into the shape of a lion's back foot and tail. The complete animal, created from all of these little pieces of different animals, will have the overall shape of a lion (don't worry, it will make sense when you see the whole thing)

(This is not stock imagery. This is my own drawing, which I have spent a lot of time on for my final University project)

Ah! Yes. You've just made a very good point!
I completely forgot to put this in the description - all the animal sections I am drawing will come together to make a whole, complete animal, with the silhouette of a lion. So I have adapted some of the animal anatomy to match the shape of a lion, which is most noticeable on this giraffe foot XD

Yes yes. You were completely correct.
It was nothing like the shape of a giraffe tail and leg!
It's basically like a lions leg and tail, but with giraffe fur and a hoof XD
